Why Buying a House is preferable than Renting a House?

It has been said, "Every time you write a rent check it's like throwing money away." Giving money to a landlord on a monthly basis can be a bitter pill to swallow. Departing with ones money is not the only thing a tenant faces. The majority of rent property is old and has been used. A tenant is uncertain about what inconveniences lies ahead on another person's property.

Buying a home is an investment in one's future. Financial planners and investors say that real estate is the best investment one can make. No matter how the housing market fluctuates, a homeowner usually gets a substantial amount back when they sell if they have had their home for a good amount of time.

A new house is a great investment. It is modern, up-to-date, and clean (you decide where the stains go). But not surprisingly, it can be more expensive. The best time to buy is when the market is down. Nevertheless, a used house can also be a worthwhile investment. By buying a used house you can get two advantages: no additional construction charges and little extras that the former owners leave behind. Plus, if there is any maintenance that needs to be done on the used house, it should not be as expensive overall to fix compared to buying a new house. No matter what decision is made between a new house and a used house buying one or the other is a great investment.

Most landlords despise it when tenant s want to paint, new carpet, or do any type of upgrading to their living conditions to make a more at home feel. A tenant usually has to seek permission from the landlord before any changes can be made on their property. But there is something liberating in having your own property. It gives a full-filling sense of accomplishment when your property reflects what you want. In having a home of your own, it is your choice on how to decorate; rather it is new paint, new carpet, new tile, or new cabinets.

The interior is freedom within itself, but let us not forget the exterior of the home. Outside appeal says a lot about the homeowner. Getting plush, green grass, placing trees were you want them to be, displaying your choice color of flowers, and having the outside trim of your home look they way you want it to. Buying your own home lets you be as ostentatious as you want.

Buying a house can be an exciting venture to anybody. Whenever a single person, young married, or a family decides to leave the rent house for buying a house, one thing to remember is buy for what you need and not for what you want.
